Who may use Chatiw

You must be at least 18 and allowed to use a service like this where you live. One person, one account: do not share accounts or create new ones to get around a ban.

How you agree to act

• Follow the community guidelines in every chat and call.
• No nudity or sexual content on camera, no harassment, no threats, no hate.
• No selling, advertising, spam or links meant to pull people off Chatiw.
• No recording or sharing other people's chats without their clear consent.
• Leave the plumbing alone: no hacking, flooding or pulling the app apart.

What you share

You are responsible for what you type, say and show. You keep the rights to it, and you give Chatiw the permission needed to carry it to the person you are chatting with and to review it when it is reported.

Coins, VIP and free-match bonuses

Coins and VIP only exist inside Chatiw. You cannot cash them out or give them to another account, and once spent they are usually gone for good, unless your local consumer law says otherwise. Free matches from the Reward Center and for new users are a bonus we can adjust or end; their amounts are shown in the app and are not guaranteed.

Suspension and closing accounts

Break these terms or the guidelines and we may warn you, pause the account or close it; serious cases get no advance notice. Walking away is always your call too: email [email protected] to have the account deleted, or to argue a decision you think was unfair.

Limits of what we promise

We offer Chatiw on an as-is basis. Outages happen and strangers are unpredictable; we do our best on both, without guarantees. Where the law permits, responsibility for what another user says or does rests with that user, not with Chatiw.

Updates to these terms

As Chatiw grows these terms will be revised. Check the date at the top; if you keep chatting after a revision, the new version applies to you.
